How to Make a Deposit to Your FXTM Account

  1. Log in to your MyFXTM account, select "Deposit funds" which can be found on the side menu under “My Money.”
  2. In “E-Wallets” section, click the “Deposit” button to request a deposit.
  3. Click on ‘Konnexone’ link in the notification in order to be re-directed to Konnexone portal to enter deposit details and submit your request.

Important Information

When you are making your deposit, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. Create an account with Konnexone. Only accounts approved by Konnexone can be used to deposit funds.
  2. Please note that we receive your deposit request as soon as it is approved by the provider.
  3. Payments from third parties are not accepted. The name of the Sender must match the name registered with FXTM.
  4. All transactions sent in a currency that differs from the currency of your account will be automatically converted at the FXTM conversion rate.
  5. If the deposit is successful, it will be posted to your account shortly. There might be a delay if FXTM or the payment provider is unable to verify your information.
  6. If a transaction is made in a currency that is not supported (please check the table above for supported currencies), your deposit will be converted to the supported currency of your choice. Please note that the provider may charge a conversion fee.
  7. In the event that your trading account and deposit are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply, as per the Conversion Rates table in MyFXTM (login required).
  8. Our conversion rates are updated daily.
  9. The deposit fee will be subtracted from the deposited amount. Please check the table above for Fees/Commissions.

How to Withdraw Funds from MyFXTM account

  1. Log in to your MyFXTM account, select "Withdraw funds" which can be found on the side menu under “My Money.”
  2. In “E-Wallets” section, click the “Withdraw” button to request a withdrawal.
  3. Follow the instructions on the form, complete the Fund Withdrawal form with your details and select one of your approved email addresses in the drop down menu.
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions on the right of the page. Once you are ready to proceed, click "Confirm".
  5. You will then receive a 4-digit payment password via SMS and at the email address that’s associated with your MyFXTM account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Enter this password in the required field on the withdrawal confirmation page, and click "Submit".
  6. After submitting your withdrawal request in MyFXTM, you will have to log in to your Konnexone account and submit the same withdrawal request through your Client portal.
  7. That’s it! You can now track the progress of your transfer through your MyFXTM account. On the side menu in the “My Money” drop-down menu, click on “Transaction History.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.

Important Information

When making a withdrawal, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. Payments to third parties are not accepted. The name of the Receiver must match the name registered with FXTM.
  2. If you wish to withdraw your initial deposit, you have to use the same source of funds from which you originally deposited.
  3. Any generated profits following your initial deposit can be withdrawn by any other Payment method available to you.
  4. You need to make sure that you have sufficient free margin in your account to cover your withdrawal. If you do not, you may choose to close some open positions in your account.
  5. In the event that your trading account and withdrawal are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply, as per the Conversion Rates table in MyFXTM (login required).
  6. Our conversion rates are updated daily.
  7. The withdrawal fee will be subtracted from the amount withdrawn. Please check the table above for Fees/Commissions.
  8. Please check the table above for FXTM’s processing times with regards to withdrawals.
  9. After submitting your withdrawal request in MyFXTM, you will have to log in to your Konnexone account and submit the same withdrawal request through your Client portal.
  10. It is essential that you enter the same withdrawal amount in your Konnexone Client portal as you requested on your MyFXTM withdrawal page.
  11. If there is a discrepancy on the amount between your MyFXTM withdrawal request and Konnexone withdrawal request, we will have to decline the withdrawal request.
