How to Make a Deposit to Your FXTM Account

  1. Complete the Fund Deposit form in MyFXTM and confirm the payment.
  2. You will then be redirected to the provider’s payment page.  An invoice will be generated showing a QR code.
  3. Scan the QR code and complete the payment from your personal Crypto-currency wallet application.
  4. Once you are in your Crypto-currency wallet, please confirm the payment.
  5. You can now track the progress of your transfer through your MyFXTM account. On the side menu, click on “My Money.” From the drop-down menu, click on “Transaction History.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.
  6. When status of your deposit shows as "Processing" in this section, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. Usually, the status will change to “Funds deposited to your account” within 1-2 hours.

Important Information

When you are making your deposit, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. Payments from third parties are not accepted. The name of the Sender must match the name registered with FXTM.
  2. All transactions sent in a currency that differs from the currency of your account will be automatically converted according to FXTM's conversion rates.
  3. If the deposit is successful, it will be posted to your account shortly. There might be a delay if FXTM or the payment provider is unable to verify your information.
  4. If a transaction is made in a currency that is not supported (please check the table above for supported currencies), your deposit will be converted to the supported currency of your choice. Please note that the provider may charge a conversion fee in this case.
  5. In the event that your trading account and deposit are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply, as per the Conversion Rates table in MyFXTM (login required).
  6. Our conversion rates are updated daily.
  7. The deposit fee will be subtracted from the deposited amount. Please check the table above for Fees/Commissions.
  8. Please check the table above for FXTM’s processing times with regards to deposits.
  9. Please note, there is a maximum limit of 25,000 USD/EUR per client, per month.
  10. Crypto-currency withdrawals will be returned to the same crypto wallet used to make the deposit.
  11. Please keep in mind that the amount which can be withdrawn to a specific Crypto-currency address should not exceed the total amount deposited from the same Crypto-currency address.
  12. You may be required to provide us with a screenshot from your Crypto-currency wallet, with the FXTM transaction clearly visible.
  13. For (accumulated or single) withdrawal amounts higher than 3,000 USD/EUR per day, you might be requested to provide your Crypto-currency wallet name, and FXTM might need to share your KYC documents with the provider. This procedure may cause a delay of 1 additional business day.
  14. Please note that if you select the level of Network Fee policy to be set lower than “Normal” level, this may result in the transaction being rejected by the network. The higher the level, the greater the incentive for your transaction to be added in a block within the block-chain.
  15. Please keep your Crypto-currency wallet up to date at all times.
  16. All information regarding your Crypto-currency wallet and/or address details are always sent through official FXTM email addresses. We will never request any private Crypto-currency wallet details. If you receive any suspicious requests from a unknown or unauthorized email address, please contact us at: backoffice@fxtm.com.

How to Withdraw Funds from MyFXTM.

  1. In MyFXTM please select the "Withdraw funds" tab, which can be found on the side menu under “My Money.”
  2. Scroll down to the “E-Wallets” section at the bottom of the page and click the “Withdraw” button to request a withdrawal using "Crypto".  
  3. Follow the instructions on the form, complete the Fund Withdrawal form in MyFXTM and confirm the withdrawal.
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions on the right-hand side of the page. Once you are ready to proceed, click "Confirm".
  5. You will then receive a 4-digit payment password via SMS and at the email address that’s associated with your MyFXTM account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Enter this password in the required field on the withdrawal confirmation page, and click "Submit".
  6. That’s it! You can now track the progress of your transfer through your MyFXTM account. On the side menu, click on “My Money.” From the drop-down menu, click on “Transaction History.” You can track all deposits and withdrawals that are still pending completion.
  7. When the status of your withdrawal shows as "Processing" in this section, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. When the status changes to "Funds sent" (usually within 1 business day of your initial request), the funds have been sent to your Crypto wallet.

Important Information

When making a withdrawal, please keep the following points in mind:

  2. Should a withdrawal request be submitted, all Crypto-currency deposit transactions will be refunded to the source they came from. Crypto-currency withdrawals will be returned to the same Crypto-currency wallet used to make the deposit.
  3. Any generated profits following your initial deposit can be withdrawn by any other Payment method available to you.
  4. You need to make sure that you have sufficient free margin in your account to cover your withdrawal. If you do not, you can choose to close some open positions in your account.
  5. In the event that your trading account and withdrawal request are denominated in different currencies, the transaction will be subject to conversion and charges may apply, as per the Conversion Rates table in MyFXTM (login required).
